The purpose of the specialization Intellectual Training Systems, a part of the study programme Information Systems, aiming to train experts - developers of training systems, able to project and to develop training systems with application of the advanced information technologies - programming languages, local and global networks, multimedia and artificial intelligence means.

The specialization includes study courses connected with programming, psychology, knowledge engineering, cognitive training methods, analysis of software and systems of artificial intelligence.

The students master a wide spectrum of the applied software intended for video, audio, animation and graphics processing. The study of psychology, didactics and pedagogy gives the necessary theoretical base for development of the psychologically and methodically reasonable courses and tests.

During the course the students are involved into the development of the applied software and multimedia means and the scientific and applied projects of the ISMI experts. They have an opportunity to publish the results of research in the scientific magazines issued by ISMI. It enables the students to get the necessary experience for further practical activities.
