My Erasmus+ internship as a kitchen assistant at Atlantica Mikri Poli Hotels and Resort in Greece was a challenging yet rewarding experience. Working in a fast-paced professional kitchen, I gained hands-on skills, resilience, and teamwork.

Learning from expert chefs in a luxury resort was inspiring. I developed essential kitchen skills, from knife techniques to plating dishes, and learned the importance of time management under pressure. The multicultural team environment taught me valuable communication and collaboration skills.

Beyond work, living in Greece was unforgettable. I explored beautiful beaches, enjoyed authentic cuisine, and made lifelong friendships with fellow interns from around the world. This experience broadened my perspective and deepened my appreciation for the culinary and hospitality industries. I highly recommend the Erasmus+ program for anyone seeking both professional and personal growth.
