As part of the cooperation between ISMA University of Applied Sciences and the Higher School of Security and Economics - Plovdiv, a scientific work by the President of HSE, Prof. Georgi Lyubenov Manolov, Doctor of Political Science, has been translated into English and published in Latvia. Prof. Manolov is the author of 150 scientific works and publications, including eight monographs, six textbooks, and fourteen research studies. The title of the work is "POWER AND PRIVILEGES IN POLITICAL HISTORY (XXX CENTURY BC–XXI CENTURY AD)."
