President of VUSI (Higher School of Security and Economics) (Bulgaria), Prof., Ph.D.Sc. Georgi Manolov has gifted to ISMA Rector three tomes of his own work "Power and Privilege in Political History". It is a great honor for us to receive such a valuable and unique gift. Within the framework of cooperation, it is planned to translate it into English and publish in Latvia.
